While the whole world turned upside down and people were baking sourdough, I was... making fonts.

I was good with typography, but I wasn’t great. Since design is part type, part image, I figured it’s about time I master the type part. In the Fall of 2019, I decided to enroll in Type West, a postgraduate certificate program in type design at Letterform Archive.

Halfway through this program, we switched from in-person classes to on-Zoom meetings. Despite the rough transition, I’m so grateful for having learned from incredible masters and leveled up my design game thanks to the amazing Archive community.
