Big vision, big dreams, big personality. That’s Bill McDermott, ServiceNow’s new CEO. To rally our 10,000+ employees all around the world and familiarize them with our new leader, we orchestrated a series of in-person and broadcasted events from Santa Clara to Amsterdam, from Hyderabad to Sydney, and more.
Discovery
While the theme of Dream Big is the star of the show, this event is all about the people, for the people. From that insight, we leaned into a lettering illustration of the words “Dream Big”, and complemented that with imagery of our own employees. We created a fun-filled experience by applying the visual system to event signage and activations, printed souvenirs, and communications that carried the message throughout the rest of the year.
Outcome
Dream Big became pervasive in the ServiceNow culture. In hallway conversations and project meetings, people would bring up fresh ideas and aspirational goals, ending with the punchline, “Dream big, right?”
